LIFE OF AGONY Set Release Date For Live CD/DVD

LIFE OF AGONY have set an October 14 release date in the U.S. and October 20 in Europe for their forthcoming double live album and DVD, titled "River Runs Again: Live 2003". The two-disc set was recorded during the group's sold-out reunion shows at Irving Plaza in New York City on January 3-4, 2003 and will be released through SPV Records worldwide.

In addition to the eighteen live tracks, the double-live CD contains four bonus tracks featuring LIFE OF AGONY members' current projects: AMONG THIEVES (bassist Alan Robert),SUPERMASSIV (drummer Sal Abruscato),and FREAX (Keith Caputo) as well as a Keith Caputo solo track.

Coinciding with the release of the CD will be a DVD of same name, which will contain extra bonus material including in-depth band interviews, interactive Menu screens, Band Biography, Discography and never-before-seen video footage from the band's personal collections.

A special limited edition box set entitled "River Runs Again: Complete", containing digipak versions of the two live audio CDs and the DVD, will also be issued.

The classic LIFE OF AGONY lineup of Keith Caputo (vocals),Alan Robert (bass),Joey Z (guitar) and Sal Abruscato (drums) will be appearing Wednesday, December 10 and Thursday, December 11 at Downtown in Long Island, New York. Direct support for the two shows will come from BLOODSIMPLE, featuring VISION OF DISORDER members Tim Williams (vocals) and Mike Kennedy (guitar),along with ex-MEDICATION bassist Kyle Sanders and drummer Chris Hamilton. Tickets go on sale this Saturday, September 6 at 12 noon through Ticketmaster and the Downtown Box Office (516) 293-7700. Downtown is located at 190 Main Street in Farmingdale, New York.

LIFE OF AGONY performed three sold-out dates at The Birch Hill in Old Bridge, New Jersey in early August and are scheduled to kick off a European tour on October 18 in Antwerp, Belgium.
